  4.     Morris Softronics is the primary publisher of ONEFOSsil.  Morris
  5.     Softronics is ran by Carl Morris and Jerald Morris as a "from home"
  6.     business.  Support for ONEFOSsil or any other product of ours can
  7.     not be guaranteed.

  9.     Voice support is available over the phone.  To qualify you must be a
  10.     currently registered user or a user still in the evaluation period.
  11.     Support is available from 6pm Central Time until 10pm Central Time,
  12.     Monday through Friday.  Holidays can not be guaranteed.  Support may
  13.     not be available at any time for any reason.  Morris Softronics can
  14.     not be held liable for any loss this may cause.  Collect calls can
  15.     not be accepted, period!  In the future, voice mail may be made
  16.     available, and as such Morris Softronics may support call backs.

  18.     The publisher asks that you only call if you feel you have found a major
  19.     bug.  Note that many other people may also be trying to reach the
  20.     publisher and this may cause you to have trouble reaching the publisher.
  21.     If you have ideas or suggestions or want to complain about performance,
  22.     please don't use voice support.  Direct netmail or e-mail would be
  23.     appropriate.

  26.     Please be ready to give your name, registration information, and any
  27.     information about your system.

  29.     Support may also be conducted for free for all users of ONEFOSsil via
  30.     the FidoNet amateur network.  The address is Hooper Connections BBS,
  31.     1:285/302 (routed mail only.)  The user to write to is Carl Morris.
  32.     This address may change at any time.  The FidoNet-Internet gateway
  33.     has gone down, and as such there is no longer an email address for
  34.     support.  The FidoNet message echo ONEFOS has been created and is
  35.     available from 1:285/303.  It may be BACKBONEd when demand warrants.
